Knorr Mushroom Pasta Sauce Had an Extremely Strong Odor

On August 22, 2026, I placed order number 11529068395 through Trendyol from the seller Hemen Migros, which included Knorr Mushroom Pasta Sauce. Today, at around 5:20 PM, I prepared the product and attempted to consume it. As soon as I opened the package, an extremely strong and unpleasant odor came out, and within a short time, the smell spread throughout my entire home. The odor caused me to experience nausea and vomiting, and the product was in such poor condition that I had to immediately throw the package away in a garbage bag and take it outside.

I was extremely inconvenienced by the physical discomfort I experienced because of this product, as well as the fact that the odor affected my home environment. I request that this matter be thoroughly investigated from a food safety perspective, that the necessary checks be carried out on products from the same batch, and that an appropriate resolution be offered to address the inconvenience I experienced.
