Knorr Oven Bag Melted Onto Chicken During Cooking

On September 24, 2026, I experienced a serious problem with Knorr Mangal Lezzeti Seasoning for Oven Cooking, which I purchased from the Ringyolu Şok Market location on the old Istanbul road in Akhisar, Manisa. I placed the chicken inside the oven bag included with the product according to the instructions, added the seasoning on top, and put it in the oven. After some time, when I checked on it, I discovered that the oven bag had completely melted and stuck to the chicken.

The melted plastic bag coming into contact with the food was extremely concerning from a health perspective, and I had to throw away the entire meal. Given that the product creates the expectation that the included oven bag is heat-resistant and suitable for oven use, the fact that the bag melted in this way is unacceptable.

I request that the product be investigated and, if necessary, that samples from the relevant batch be collected and the production conditions inspected. I also expect an explanation and an appropriate resolution to address the inconvenience I experienced. To prevent a similar incident from happening to other consumers, I request that the packaging, instructions, and quality-control procedures be thoroughly reviewed.
