Knorr Chicken Noodles Made Me Sick After Consumption
On September 19, 2026, I purchased Knorr Chicken Noodles from Onur Market. Shortly after consuming the product, I became ill due to the strong chemical smell and taste that was noticeable when the package was opened, and I had to go to the hospital. The product appeared to have an expiration date in November, meaning it had not yet expired.
At the hospital, I was diagnosed with mild food poisoning. Consistent with the date of the incident, there is also a green-zone emergency department visit recorded in my e-Nabız medical records dated September 19, 2026.
Experiencing such a strong chemical smell and taste from a product that had not expired, followed by having to seek medical treatment, affected me negatively both physically and emotionally. I request that Knorr thoroughly investigate this product, review the production process, take the necessary precautions to prevent a similar incident from happening again, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding the incident and the inconvenience I experienced.
