Kappa Rejects Warranty Claim After Finchley A1S Sneakers Sole Separates

I purchased a pair of Kappa Finchley A1S sneakers from the Kappa store in Van during the Ramadan holiday period. I wore the shoes for less than two months in total, but after about a month and a half, I noticed the sole coming unglued and tears forming in the top mesh. Because of this, I sent the shoes for a quality control inspection through the store.

The quality control team rejected my claim, stating that the damage was caused by "wear and tear from external factors." Shoes are naturally exposed to external elements, and I believe they should be manufactured with the durability to handle everyday use. I bought these shoes to wear normally, not to keep them stored inside a closet, and having them fail so quickly has been extremely frustrating.

I consider this rapid deterioration to be a manufacturing quality defect and refuse to accept it as user error. I demand a refund for my shoes or, at minimum, an exchange for a non-defective pair. I ask that you please help resolve my issue.
