I Request a Refund for Accidental Jaumo Membership Purchased by Children
I recently discovered that my children accidentally purchased a Jaumo membership without my knowledge or consent. I did not authorize this transaction, and I do not use the Jaumo application myself. As soon as I became aware of the situation, I attempted to cancel the membership, but the payment had already been processed.
This accidental purchase has caused unnecessary financial loss and stress for my household. As a responsible parent and consumer, I expect a company like Jaumo to have proper safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized purchases, especially by minors.
