Jaumo withdrew money from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this payment and did not authorize any subscription on your platform. This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable and has caused me financial and emotional distress.

I demand the immediate closure of my Jaumo account and a full refund of the amount charged. My personal information, including my name (Yavuz Ç******) and phone number (0534***5402), was used without my permission. I did not initiate this transaction, nor did I confirm any membership.
