Jaumo withdrew money from my account without my knowledge or consent. I never approved this payment and did not authorize any subscription on your platform. This unauthorized transaction is unacceptable and has caused me financial and emotional distress.

I demand the immediate closure of my Jaumo account and a full refund of the amount charged. My personal information, including my name (Yavuz Ç******) and phone number (0534***5402), was used without my permission. I did not initiate this transaction, nor did I confirm any membership.

If you do not resolve this matter urgently, I will escalate the situation to legal authorities, including my lawyer and the court system. I expect a full refund and written confirmation that my account has been permanently deleted and no further charges will be made. Please resolve this issue without delay to prevent further legal consequences.
