If iTranslate auto-renewed your yearly plan without warning and you want to cancel it;
Check where your subscription is managed;
• iPhone (App Store):
– Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions
– Find iTranslate → Tap Cancel Subscription
• Android (Google Play):
– Play Store → Profile → Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions
– Find iTranslate → Tap Cancel Subscription
• Direct (iTranslate website):
– Log in → Account / Subscriptions
– Find your yearly plan → Cancel
Confirm cancellation;
• Make sure it shows:
– “Subscription will not renew”
– Your expiry date
• Screenshot the confirmation
Check notifications;
• Check email and Spam for:
– “Subscription renewed”
– “Receipt”
– “Renewal reminder”
• Screenshot any messages
Turn off auto-renew reminders;
• In App Store / Google Play subscription settings, you can disable renewal alerts so you get notified before next renewal
Ask iTranslate Support to confirm;
• Provide:
– Registered email
– Subscription info
– Screenshot of cancellation
• Ask them to confirm that auto-renewal is turned off
If unresolved or unfair, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to pursue a resolution.
