iPhone Case Tore Within a Month and Was Not Replaced Despite Warranty Claim


I bought an Apple iPhone 16 case for ₺2600 a month ago. Due to a product defect, the case tore within a month, and I sent it for warranty service through the TeknoSA store. However, both TeknoSA and KVK handled the issue carelessly. The damage was clearly not caused by user error. If I had purchased it from a local shop, they would have replaced it by now. You claim to be a corporate company, but your actions say otherwise. It’s disappointing! I will never shop from you again. Additionally, when I went to pick up my product from TeknoSA at Ankamall AVM, I was kept waiting for 10 minutes, and no one assisted me (except for one female staff member, whose effort I acknowledged). TeknoSA service staff should be more professional.
