iPhone 17 Pro Fake Back Glass Bug

I bought a brand new iPhone 17 Pro from Teknosa Midtown store in Bodrum, Muğla on 25 July 2026. The device was only 2 days old when I learned that there was a serious problem with it. When I went to the Apple repair center, I was clearly told that the back glass of my iPhone 17 Pro is fake, even though this is a product sold as original by Apple. After that, on 14 August 2026, at Teknosa’s contracted technical service KVK, I received an SMS stating that the back glass and back cover need to be replaced for a fee of ₺9,700. Apple stating that the back glass is fake on a phone sold as original, Teknosa selling a device presented as “zero, brand new” even though its back glass is not original, and KVK demanding a high repair fee for this situation have caused me to lose my trust in all three companies. I do not accept that a device sold as brand new has a fake back glass and that I am asked to pay for its replacement shortly after purchase. I request a full refund of the product price from Teknosa and the cancellation of any repair or fee demand related to this issue by KVK. In addition, I request that Apple and KVK provide a clear written explanation of how a product sold as original can have fake parts and why I am being held responsible for this situation. I kindly request that my refund process be carried out as soon as possible, that all fee claims be cancelled, and that I be informed in writing by Teknosa, Apple and KVK.
