EasyCep Has Not Paid Me for My iPhone 14 Pro Max
EasyCep came to my company location to inspect my iPhone 14 Pro Max on-site and then purchased the device from me. My sales transaction number is EC26011100020.
I was told that the payment would be deposited into my account within 2–3 days. However, 12 days have now passed, and I still have not received any payment.
When I contacted them about the issue, I was only told that they were aware of the delay and that the payment would be made as soon as possible. This response was vague and open-ended, and no concrete action has been taken. The payment is still outstanding.
I demand that the full amount for my phone be paid to me immediately and in full. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company. If I had known this would happen, I would never have done business with them.
