Intersport Ships Tagless Asics Running Shoes in Damaged Non-Original Packaging

On July 30, 2026, I purchased Asics Gel Contend 9 Men's Black Running Shoes from Intersport's online store for $94. Although the package arrived in an Intersport-branded box, it was worn and damaged, failing to look like a new, original product box. Furthermore, there were no tags attached to the shoes.
This situation has raised serious doubts regarding whether the product is brand new and authentic. I do not accept receiving tagless shoes in a damaged box when ordering online with the expectation of receiving a new, original item.
I demand a clear explanation from Intersport regarding this matter, as well as a replacement with a brand-new pair in an undamaged original box so I can be confident of its authenticity and unused condition.
