Suspended Instagram Account Due to Birthdate Error

Because of a mistake I made while updating my birthdate on Instagram, my account has been temporarily disabled. I did it as quickly as I could and submitted my identification along with the verification code. However, despite the fact that they promised to complete it within the 48-hour window, there has been no progress made in a whole week.
