My Instagram Account Suspended for Over 180 Days

My Instagram account has been suspended for over 180 days. It was suspended after someone gained access to my password and made derogatory remarks on other accounts. Despite numerous appeals, I haven't received any response. Three days ago, I received a message stating that my account was closed over 180 days ago, and therefore, they couldn't provide any assistance. I've been using this account actively for 9 years and I demand its reinstatement. I'm notifying you that I'll take this unjust treatment to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) if necessary.
