Instagram Suspended My Account Unfairly

I downloaded the reports+ app to see what had happened on my Instagram account, but as soon as I logged in, my account was suspended. It's crazy that my 10-year-old account was suspended just because I logged into an app, and there's no reason for this to happen. The Instagram help center is not giving any help. Please help me find a solution to my problem! I have no idea why my Instagram account was shut down out of the blue. I don't want to make a new account because it has old friends and special memories on it. I would be very grateful if you could help me. Thank you for your support.
