My Instagram Account Has Ben Disabled

I got Reports Pro from the App Store, and now Instagram has suspended my account. I didn't know that the app broke the rules. If it's against the rules, I don't understand why it's still in the stores. I was asked to write my name, username, and code on a piece of paper, take a selfie with it, and send it in for review. My account has been reviewed, but it's still not open, and I'm not sure what to do. I can't stand it! I'm not even sure if I'll get my account back, and I'm worried about all the pictures and followers I had. It's not fair that my account was taken away because I downloaded an app that was against the rules and didn't know it. Please let me know if you know how to help me. I need as much help as I can get!
