Instagram Disabled My Main Account After I Created a New One and I Can’t Appeal

My Instagram account was permanently disabled, and I was told it was due to the creation of a new account. The funny part is that both my new and main accounts were disabled simultaneously, just two minutes after I created the new one. I immediately requested a new account and was instructed to email a photo of my face for verification, which I did, and the account was reinstated. However, I have not got any appeal options or email notifications for my main account. I'm left feeling stranded with no idea how to retrieve it. I rely on my main account and require immediate assistance to remedy this. Any help would be highly appreciated.
