Instagram Account Suspended: No Appeal Form or Recovery Option

My Instagram account with the username @_im_sanj*** has been suspended and I can no longer access it. When I try to log in, I see an “Account not found” type of message and I am unable to reach my profile in any way. Instagram has not shown me any clear reason or warning about why my account was suspended. I also could not find any useful recovery or appeal option in the app or on the website. I checked the available menus and help sections, but there was no form, link or method that allowed me to submit an appeal or verify my identity for this specific problem. I request that my Instagram account be checked and reactivated, or at least that I be informed clearly about the reason for this suspension and what I need to do to recover my account.
