Instagram Account Recovery For Disabled Account

My Instagram creator account with the username “bypurumahajan” was suddenly disabled today without any prior warning, explanation or option to appeal. When I try to log in, I only see the message “We’ve disabled your account” and there is no clear way provided to contact support or submit an appeal form. This is a finance‑focused creator account with around 225 followers, and I have previously used it for paid collaborations and partnerships, so losing access directly affects my work and income.
