I Can't Get Instagram to Delete My Stolen Identity Imitator

I'm having a hard time with something on Instagram. Even though I've reported it more than once, there's an account that uses my photos and acts like it's me. The account is still up and running, and they still talk to people as if they were me using all my pictures.I own these pictures, and it bothers me that someone is using them to do bad things. Even though I told them to, this account hasn't been closed. I'd like my photos to be taken down from this account and the right steps to be taken. Please shut down this account. This situation raises serious concerns about online privacy and security, and it's disheartening that Instagram hasn't addressed it promptly.
