I have been using the Next 4K TV Stick for about a year and was very satisfied with its performance. However, for the past two months, I have been unable to access any applications except YouTube. No matter how many times I try, apps like Netflix, Blu TV, and Inat Box simply won't open.

I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked. This issue has severely impacted my user experience, and I am extremely frustrated that a product I once enjoyed is now practically unusable.

I expect an immediate solution from Next regarding this issue. If there is a software update or a fix, please provide clear instructions to resolve this problem as soon as possible.
