Olymp Trade Withdrawal Stuck for 80 Days

I am writing to raise a serious complaint against Olymp Trade regarding my withdrawal request that has been left unprocessed for an unreasonably long time. On 13 March 2026, I requested a withdrawal of EUR 416.56 from my Olymp Trade account (registered under the name Biswajit) to my IMPS/UPI account number 2780321***. The withdrawal request number is 163669401, and the transaction ID is 85361290. I am using Olymp Trade from India. Since that date, more than 80 days have passed and the withdrawal is still not processed. This delay is completely unacceptable and gives the impression of intentional stalling or even fraudulent behavior. Throughout this period, I have repeatedly contacted Olymp Trade support, but I keep receiving the same template responses such as “the finance team is working on it,” “no specific timeframe,” and “we will update you via email,” without any concrete solution, clear reason, or exact date for resolution. I demand that my withdrawal of EUR 416.56 be processed and the full amount be returned to my IMPS/UPI account without any further delay. I also request a clear explanation for this excessive delay and the repeated generic responses. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further both publicly and through legal channels.
