I have been using the platform Beteraybat.in and on 18/01/2026 I requested a withdrawal of 6000 via IMPS to my NSDL Payment Bank account. Since that date, the withdrawal has remained stuck in “processing” status and the amount has neither been credited to my bank account nor reversed back to my platform balance. I contacted Beteraybat.in customer support about this problem, but even after about a month no concrete solution has been provided and the issue is still unresolved. I have not received any clear or satisfactory explanation for why the withdrawal is pending for so long. I request that my 6000 be credited immediately to my NSDL Payment Bank account without any further delay and that a clear explanation be provided regarding this prolonged pending withdrawal.
