4rabet Failed to Complete My IMPS Withdrawal to Axis Bank

I requested a withdrawal of Rs 45,000 from my 4rabet account via IMPS to my Axis Bank account on 6 May 2026. Even though it has been about 14 days, the transaction is still showing as “processing,” and the money has not been credited to my bank account. I contacted 4rabet support about this delay, but I only received a poor response, and they simply said that it is an issue with the payment provider without giving any clear explanation, timeline, or proof. During this entire period, my funds have been stuck, and I have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution from your side. I request that you urgently complete this withdrawal and immediately transfer the full amount of Rs 45,000 to my Axis Bank account, or clearly explain in writing what the issue is and when exactly the payment will be processed.
