IKEA Sofa Set Regret: Unraveling Ropes and Mohair After Only 11 Months

The sofa set regret bought from IKEA. I bought a friheten brand one triple one l sofa set from IKEA. It's only been 11 months since my wife and I've been working at home, we both don't sit for 1 hour a day on them and the products were mohaired, cottoned and the ropes started to be peeled off from the edges. I called customer service, Exper came and declared that he would come and examine it. They called from IKEA 2 hours later the same day and said that these problems were not guaranteed. When I asked what was guaranteed, he couldn't answer, nothing is taken from IKEA, even the armchair in the neighborhood stands behind his property more.
