IKEA Failed to Deliver My Prepaid Sofa to the Shipping Company
I am very unhappy with the service provided by IKEA Ümraniye. Despite prepaying for an L-shaped sofa, they have failed to deliver it to Borusan Logistics. To make matters worse, they are falsely claiming that the delivery has been made. This situation is highly frustrating and unacceptable. After 2.5 months of pursuing the issue, IKEA still refuses to take responsibility and instead points fingers at Borusan Logistics. However, Borusan Logistics has made it clear that they were never given the sofa by IKEA.
