Cancelling My iDrama Subscription

I have an iDrama subscription that has been charging my Mashreq debit card issued in the UAE, even though I no longer wish to use the service. On 26/08/2026, I was charged 9.99 USD by “idrama HONG KONG HK” and this is the most recent charge. I have been subscribed for about one month. I tried to cancel the subscription through my Apple ID/iOS subscription settings, but iDrama does not appear there, so I am unable to stop future payments myself. This is very frustrating because the payment is taken from my card, yet there is no visible subscription for me to manage or cancel on my device. I request that my iDrama subscription be cancelled immediately and that the recent charges, including the 9.99 USD transaction on 26/08/2026, be fully refunded, as I am no longer using the service and cannot control the subscription from my Apple account.
