Huobi Global (now HTX) delayed my USDT deposit for hours, how can I resolve it?

First, use a blockchain explorer to see the state of the transaction.
Huobi usually needs 20 confirmations for ERC20 and 1 confirmation for TRC20. Make sure it has the right number of confirmations.
Click on "Assets" > "Deposit History" in your Huobi account to see if there are any error messages or pending status changes. If it's confirmed but not credited, check for those.
If the deposit is still missing after confirmation, go to huobiglobal.zendesk.com and click on "Submit a request."
You can also email [email protected] with your UID, the amount of USDT, the transaction hash (TXID), the deposit network, and the date.
Delays can also happen when the system needs repair or when the network is busy. Keep an eye on Huobi's X or their releases at https://www.huobi.com/en-us/ for real-time news.
Once reported, most proven deposits are taken care of within a few hours.
