Huawei Matebook X Pro 2022 Case Damaged by Hot Weather, Warranty Denied


I bought a Matebook X Pro 2022 in May 2023. I was carrying my computer in a backpack during the summer vacation and the heat damaged the case. When I sent it to the authorized service, I was told that it could not be repaired under warranty and that it could be repaired for a fee. Why should I pay for the problem caused by the quality of the product? In addition, Technical Service phones cannot be reached and information cannot be obtained. I said that I would take legal action if no solution was provided under warranty.Although I asked them to notify me by e-mail, they still haven't returned to me yet. For 1.5 months I cannot use my computer. I hope Huawei will not be as insensitive as the technical service in Turkey and find a solution to my problem.
