Can’t Access My Old MSN and Hotmail Accounts — Microsoft Keeps Rejecting Recovery Info
I have been actively using my email accounts e*****@msn.com and e*******@hotmail.com for many years**, but for the past few months, I have been unable to access either of them. Even though I enter the correct password, it is not accepted, and during the account recovery process, my personal information and phone number are repeatedly rejected by the system.
I also tried to reset my password using both my alternative email and phone number, but every attempt has failed.
When I contacted the support team, no solution was offered, and I now suspect that my access has been deliberately blocked.
Both of these accounts contain critical information, work correspondence, and personal data accumulated over the years.
These are 15–20-year-old accounts, and I urgently request that they be restored and reopened immediately.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
