Start the recovery procedure by going to the Hostinger login page and clicking "Can't Access Your Account?"

Select "Lost two-factor authentication" and follow the steps. You'll need to supply information such as a secondary email for contact, your registered email address, and account information.

Hostinger will review your request and offer you a recovery link within two business days.

During recovery, you may be prompted to authenticate ownership by giving account-related information (e.g., affiliated domains) or evidence of purchase (such as receipts).

Prepare these documents to speed up the procedure. If assistance is required, Hostinger's Customer Success Team is available via live chat on their website (https://www.hostinger.com) or via email at support@hostinger.

For urgent concerns or further assistance, please contact Hostinger's Customer Success Team directly using the live chat option at Hostinger Support (https://www.hostinger.com/contact).

If the problem remains unresolved, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness about the issue and inform others.
