Hornet Support Not Responding to Account Suspension Issue
My Hornet account has been suspended for approximately five days, and I am unable to log into the application. I have not received any notification or explanation regarding the reason for the suspension, nor have I received any clarification via email.
The email address associated with my account is s*******@hotmail.com. I do not believe that I violated any rules, and I do not know why my account was suspended. Therefore, I request that my account be reviewed and, if it was suspended unfairly, that it be reactivated.
I kindly ask that the necessary review be conducted so that I can regain access to my account, and that I be informed about the outcome.
