Hornet Support Needed After Sudden Account Suspension
My Hornet account, which I use only for friendship and chatting purposes, was suspended today without any explanation. When I try to log in, I only see a message stating, “Your account has been suspended,” with no further details provided.
I do not believe that I violated any rules, and therefore I think my account has been unfairly suspended. Additionally, I do not have any paid subscriptions or purchases associated with my account.
I request that Hornet review my account, clearly inform me of the reason if there is one, and lift what I believe to be an unjust suspension so that I can regain access to my account.
