Hornet Support Ignored My Account Suspension Appeal

My Hornet account, which I had been using for a long time, was permanently suspended about a year ago without any explanation. Whenever I try to log in, the only message I see is, “Your account has been permanently suspended.” Other than that, I have never been given any reason for the suspension.

I contacted the Hornet support team regarding this issue, but I have not received any response. I have not been informed by email or through any other communication channel about why my account was permanently suspended.

I respectfully request a clear explanation of why my Hornet account was permanently suspended. I also ask that my account be thoroughly reviewed and, if appropriate, reinstated so I can regain access.
