On September 24 and October 24, two unauthorized charges of $2 each were made to my Ziraat Bank credit card under the name “Helppay.” I have never subscribed to any service related to Helppay, nor did I start any kind of membership. These transactions were made entirely without my knowledge. My card is still in my possession, and I do not believe my card information has been shared with anyone.
I request that these payments be canceled and that the withdrawn amounts be refunded to me.
