The concert starts at 6:00 p.m., and we are supposed to catch the bus at 3:00 p.m., yet we have still not received our tickets. Despite the time-sensitive nature of this event, our tickets have not been delivered, and this is causing serious stress and uncertainty about whether we will be able to attend the concert we paid for. I have already contacted your customer service, but the response has been very limited and has not resolved the situation or provided clear confirmation about when or how we will receive our tickets. Given that the concert is this afternoon, I urgently request that you deliver our tickets by 1:00 p.m. today at the latest so that we can catch our bus and enter the venue without any issues.
