Given how much time has passed since the purchase and how close the event date is now, this situation is causing me serious concern. I contacted Hellotickets customer service regarding the delay and was told that I should receive the ticket by the day of the concert. However, considering the long waiting period and the rapidly approaching event date, I find it unacceptable to still be without my ticket and without a clear or specific delivery timeline. I am now formally requesting the immediate delivery of my ticket for the System of a Down concert on July 19 in Warsaw so that I can attend the event without further stress or uncertainty.
