Hellotickets Tickets Not Received After Purchase

I am contacting you regarding a reservation made on Hellotickets for two basketball tickets at Madison Square Garden in New York for the evening of December 19, 2025. The tickets were booked on August 28, 2025, for a total amount of €604, paid by bank card under the name Cynthia C*** (card ending in 9312). To this day, I still have not received the tickets, neither by email nor in my customer account.
