HDFC Bank Did Not Resolve My Missing ₹500 UPI Payment

I am writing regarding an issue with a QR code payment made from my HDFC Bank Visa Platinum card ending 1674. On 10/05/2026 at around 12:09, I scanned a QR code and paid ₹500 to Ganesh Fruits via Google Pay with the UPI ID 12201086***@okbizaxis. The money has been debited from my HDFC Bank account and is clearly visible as deducted in my bank statement, but the amount was not deposited in the game where I was trying to add money. I contacted HDFC Bank customer care, and I was only informed that the money had been deducted, but I did not receive any proper resolution or clarification about where the money went or why it was not credited to the intended destination. I request that HDFC Bank investigate this QR transaction urgently, ensure that the ₹500 is either correctly deposited into my game account or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my HDFC Bank account at the earliest and provide me with a clear explanation of the resolution.
