HDFC Bank Debited ₹10,000 but My Game Account Never Received the Deposit
I am writing regarding a UPI transaction problem with my HDFC Bank account made through Navi UPI on 16-06-2026. I tried to deposit ₹10,000 into my game account, the money was debited from my HDFC account, but it was not credited to the game balance. In the Navi/HDFC app, the transaction is shown as failed, but the amount has still been deducted from my bank account and my game balance has not increased. The reference number visible in the app for this transaction is 0000002859800853. I request that this issue be checked urgently and that my ₹10,000 be credited to my game balance as intended as soon as possible. I also request a clear explanation of why the transaction failed in the app while the amount was still debited from my bank account.
