Deposit Not Credited and Withdrawals Rejected Without Explanation

I have been using the betting platform Tashanwin and I am experiencing a serious problem with both my deposits and withdrawals. Recently I made a bank transfer deposit of 2,990, which appears in my deposit history, but this amount has not been credited to my account balance. In addition to this, my withdrawal requests shown in my withdrawal history, totalling approximately 85,000 in total, have been rejected or not processed, and I cannot access my money. There is no customer service number that I can reach, and I have not been able to get any support or explanation about why my 2,990 deposit was not credited and why my withdrawal requests are not being processed. At the moment, a total of around 85,000 of my money is stuck on the platform and I have no official channel to resolve this. I request that my missing 2,990 deposit be credited correctly and that all my pending withdrawals totalling approximately 85,000 be processed and paid to me without any further delay, or that my full balance be refunded to my bank account with a clear written explanation.
