Hay Day Newspaper And Roadside Shop Restricted For Months

I am writing about a problem with my Hay Day account on an Android device. My account appears to be restricted in the newspaper and sales area: I can play normally, but I am not able to buy or sell anything in the roadside shop or newspaper section, and this has been going on for several months. There is no warning or error message when I try to use the sales post or newspaper; the game simply does not allow me to complete any purchase or sale. Because of this, I cannot progress in the game as other players do, and it is very frustrating to use an account that is practically limited in this way. I kindly request that you review my Hay Day account, explain clearly why this restriction was applied if there is a specific reason, and give me one more opportunity to recover my account so that I can buy and sell again in the newspaper and sales stand.
