Update your workout settings first;
• Open the app → go to your profile
• Go to “Workout plan” → “Preferences”
• Change:
– Fitness level (set to higher)
– Workout types (choose HIIT, strength, circuits)

Increase intensity manually during workouts;
• Add more reps or extra sets
• Use weights (dumbbells, resistance bands)
• Reduce rest time between exercises
This is called progressive overload and helps avoid plateaus
Make workouts harder without changing the plan;
