Grammarly Won't Let You Cancel Online

I have an individual Grammarly subscription in the USA that I am trying to cancel, and the platform is refusing to let me cancel online. Today I attempted to cancel my plan through my account, but the system would not allow me to complete the cancellation and I could not stop the recurring charges of $30 per month. I find it unacceptable that there is no straightforward way to cancel online and that the service appears to be designed to keep charging me. I am requesting that my Grammarly subscription be cancelled immediately so that I am no longer billed going forward.
