I bought an Ultra Quickshot Paint Gun for ₺65,000, believing it was top quality and the best in its class. However, it broke down before I could even use it properly, so I sent it to the authorized service and distributor, even paying the shipping fee despite it being under warranty. The product returned from service in worse condition, so I sent it back again. Three months later, they called to say it was repaired, but I refused to accept it and asked for a refund or replacement instead. There is no one I can reach, and they didn’t even send a service report. I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. No one should consider this brand — I’m sure there are ₺3,000 modems on the market that work more efficiently.
