With 2-Step Verification, I Cannot Access My Gmail Account

I can't remember my Gmail password and my 2-step verification is turned on, but I can only use my phone number. I can't get to the recovery emails, and the codes sent to my phone aren't enough to get back into my account. I need help recovering my password very badly, but I can't get to the second step of verification. As you can see from the picture, I can't get to the information I need. I've tried to find my password on my own, but I haven't been able to. Can you please help me get into my Gmail account again? I need to get back to using my account as soon as possible after retrieving some important emails.
