I Can't Access Gmail Account Despite Knowing Password

Despite knowing the password for my Gmail account (dag20131****@gmail.com), I am unable to log in. As a last resort, I attempted to reset my password, but it was futile; unfortunately, this strategy also failed. Because the verification code is being sent to an old phone number that is no longer in use, I am unable to enter the code and access my account. My old phone number is still in use, which is the source of the problem. Furthermore, despite the fact that a recovery email has been sent, I am unable to change my password.
