Google Account Recovery Sends Verification Code to Inaccessible Email
I am trying to regain access to my Google account at o*************@gmail.com because I forgot the password. However, when I follow the account recovery steps, the verification code is sent to the same email address that I am trying to recover. Since I cannot already access this account, I have no way to see or enter the verification code, leaving me completely locked out of my account.
I was actively using this account until approximately 3 weeks ago, and my personal information is stored in this account. I followed the instructions provided through Google's help pages and support channels, but I keep ending up in the same loop. Since no alternative verification method is being offered, I have been unable to resolve the issue.
Instead of sending the verification code to the account I am trying to recover, I request that Google provide an alternative recovery method or another way to verify my identity, such as another email address, a phone number, or security questions, so that I can regain access to my account.
