Lucky Roller Ignores Support Requests After Refusing to Pay Out Accumulated Points

I spent a long time using an app called Lucky Roller, downloaded from Google Play, completing tasks and watching ads constantly to build up my balance. Despite showing approximately 65,000 points accumulated in the app, I have never received a single payment. Every time I submit a withdrawal request, the screen just shows "processing" — but no money ever lands in my account and the process never actually completes.
Even though I reached out through the app's support and contact channels to report this issue, I never received any response whatsoever. Despite luring users in with promises of earnings in exchange for watching ads, the app fails to pay out — and I feel seriously wronged, both financially and emotionally. I believe this app is playing with people's hopes.
I am demanding that Lucky Roller immediately pay out at least half of my approximately 65,000 accumulated points shown in the system, and that my grievance be addressed without further delay.
