GoodShort Won't Let Me Watch All Videos After Buying Weekly VIP

I purchased the Weekly VIP subscription in the Good Short app, but immediately after paying I have not been able to watch the full dramas. Instead of allowing me full access, the app keeps asking me to buy coins even though I already have an active weekly subscription. My Good Short account is registered under the name lovetotch, and I completed the purchase through my Apple ID. I have already tried logging out and back in with my Apple ID, as well as deleting and reinstalling the app, but nothing has solved the problem and my subscription is still not working as promised. I request that my Weekly VIP subscription be properly activated so I can watch all dramas without further coin prompts, or that my payment be fully refunded if this cannot be fixed promptly.
