GoDaddy Made an Unauthorized $28 Charge to My Card

I only use GoDaddy’s email service, and when it is time to renew, I continue using the service by making the payment myself. Today, my card was charged $28 without my knowledge or authorization. According to the message I received from my bank, the transaction was processed through iyzico/GODADDY.com on September 26, 2026, at 5:46:15 PM.

I was charged even though I had not requested any additional product or service, and this unauthorized charge has caused me significant inconvenience. I request that the $28 charged in this transaction be refunded to my card as soon as possible. Otherwise, I want to make it clear that I no longer wish to do business with your company or use any of your products, and I will also file complaints with the relevant authorities.

I request that this unauthorized transaction be canceled and refunded, and that the necessary checks be carried out to ensure that similar unauthorized charges are not made to my account again.
